Hello everyone!
As I promised! Here is my update on The Master Cleanse. I think you’ll find it quite interesting especially if you are someone who is very skeptical of the whole thing. And for those of you who are thinking about it but have reservations…I think you too well get a much better idea of what this does for you.

great job on this cleanse and thanks for sharing and encouraging us to be healthy. i love the clarity of mind after i complete a cleanse. my only issue is that ben and jerry somehow seem to become my best friends after a long cleanse!
